During a sanity run with STX rc 7.0 latest_build with STX-Openstack, when running tests that wait for the hypervisor to come back up, it's slow to come back, causing them to fail, even after increasing the time from 5 to 10 minutes.

It should execute all of the tests without a failure caused by the hypervisor
