Removing unused package python-ryu

Brief Description
-----------------
After performing an analysis of the system it was recognized that the following package: python-ryu; is not being used anymore by the system. In order to clean it up, it was decided to remove the package.

Severity
--------
Provide the severity of the defect.
Minor: System/Feature is usable with minor issue

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
on a running stx-openstack enviroment, run:
rpm -qa | grep python-ryu

Then for each package, run:
rpm -q --whatrequires <package>

Expected Behavior
------------------
Expected a message showing any package dependent on python-ryu

Actual Behavior
----------------
The result is:
[sysadmin@controller-0 ~(keystone_admin)]$ rpm -q --whatrequires python-ryu-common-4.19-0.tis.5.noarch
no package requires python-ryu-common-4.19-0.tis.5.noarch

Workaround
----------
Removing the unnecessary package from stx.

    Removing unused package python-ryu

    After performing an analysis of the system it was recognized
    that the following package: python-ryu; is not being used anymore
    by the system. In order to clean it up, it was decided to
    remove the package.

    Test Plan:
    PASS - All pkgs built successfully after removal of python-ryu
    PASS - Successfully generated an openstack tarball
    PASS - Stx-Openstack tarball successfully applied
    PASS - Built CentOS ISO with the change and applied it to a lab
