will be displayed on the screen.

just the exception message displayed on the screen

    Hide traceback for application-apply cmd

    When running system application-apply with
    an app and there is a lifecycle hook
    which raises an exception the traceback
    will be displayed on the screen.

    This commit addresses this issue and keeps
    just the exception message displayed.
