bash install_packages.sh results in "libvirt-bin has no installation candidate"

- [X] This doc is inaccurate in this way: libvirt-bin package was dropped in 18.10, instructions are for 16.04 LTS which was end of life as of April 31st 2021. libvirt-bin is now "libvirt-daemon-system" and "libvirt-clients".

For reference I was following the documentation using ubuntu-20.04.3

This term was not found in the documentation. It must have already been fixed at some other time or another bug.

The term (libvirt-bin) must have been removed in previous releases (checked again). This bug will be closed.
