stx-openstack application failure due to glance-api pods in init state

Brief Description

When applying stx-openstack application, process will get stuck and then aborted at 28% beacuse of glance-api pods under openstack namespace would never get out of Init state due to failure when mounting a required volume out of a missig secret

Provide the severity of the defect.
Critical: stx-openstack applicaton remains in apply-aborted state and not usable

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
Install STX load with ovs-dpdk vswitch type and try to apply stx-openstack application

Expected Behavior
------------------
All openstack charts deployed and application in applied state

Actual Behavior
----------------
Application process stuck and then aborted at 28%
