collect password prompt timeouts too long

Collect fails after a long timeout if the /etc/sudoers.d/sysadmin file is modified to NOPASSWD for ALL

      sysadmin ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: ALL

This case requests that collect fail more quickly with a better indication of the problem.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
using sudovi add "sysadmin ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: ALL" to /etc/sudoers.d/sysadmin

Expected Behavior
------------------
Error indicating that collect failed due to no password prompt

Actual Behavior
----------------
collect timed out after a long time with no indication that it was related to absent password prompting.
