pxe timeout and kernel panic because of unable to mount rootfs for worker node while installing worker personality in AIO duplex

Brief Description

Worker node is not installed after adding its personality in the controller of AIO-DX extended setup due to pxe timeout from worker for 21.05/installer-initrd. IN console I even see that there is error for "unable to mount rootfs"- snapshot of issue is attached.

This doesnot happens with all the HW but some. Same setup worked while I was having stx 4.0 but upgrading to stx 5.0 , worker personality is not coming up.

1. COnfigure personality of the worker node in the controller
2. Worker node get issue of timeout

Expected Behavior
------------------
Worker node should be installed properly and come as locked+online

Actual Behavior
----------------
Error of unabel to install

Reproducibility
---------------
Not on all the cluster setup but I see intermittent. I changed my few HW as a worker but still get issues. But it also works for some HW boards.

I used SSD of 240 GB and had formated ssd before installing stx 5.0.

Workaround
----------

Some time it worked with repeated delete and add of worker host after rebooting worker again and again with formatting disk.

This issue happened sometimes with controller-1 as well.
