Virtual AIO-SX install documentation presents data interface step inside optional storage section

Brief Description
-----------------
In releases 5 and 6 of "Install StarlingX Kubernetes on Virtual AIO-SX" documentation (links in the steps below), the (openstack-only) step to configure the data interfaces is listed inside section "Optionally, initialize a Ceph-based Persistent Storage Backend", and only for the "Rook container-based Ceph" option. This step should be executed for stx-openstack independently of the storage configuration chosen in this section.
