Bug Description
Brief Description
-----------------
Currently, default platform memory reserve on AIO is calculated as 6000 MIB + 1000 MiB * # numa nodes. For a host with a single numa node, this means a reserve of 7000 MiB. It's been observed on AIO-SX hosts, deployed as subclouds with application pods running that the 80% alarm threshold can be hit.
Severity
--------
Minor
Steps to Reproduce
------------------
Deploy AIO-SX with single numa node as subcloud with application pods.
Expected Behavior
------------------
Platform memory usage should stay within alarm limits.
Actual Behavior
----------------
Platform memory usage exceeds major alarm threshold.
Reproducibility
---------------
Reproducible
