Bug Description
I have deployed STX by following the documentation but noticed that I have to run the setup_network script each time as network settings are not persistent.
I think it would be either update the script or update the documentation.

screening: there isn't enough info to investigate this LP. This appears to be a tool issue; the script referenced has not changed in 2 years. I'm not sure if it's even maintained.
