Error in Installing StarlingX. Getting Error in the Provision Setup.

Steps to Reproduce

(my-venv) general@gs-lab-51:~/test/automated-robot-suite$ python runner.py --run-suite Setup --configuration 1 --environment virtual
(my-venv) general@gs-lab-51:~/test/automated-robot-suite$python runner.py --run-suite Provision
Expected Behavior
------------------
Setup --> All 4 test cases are passed.
Provision --> Failed
Actual Behavior
----------------
StarlingX should install successfully.
Reproducibility
---------------
From my side, the issue is 100% reproducible.
