Tidy up lst files

Brief Description

A number of packages listed in rpms_3rdparties.lst files are now available from the Centos 7.9 repos.

We should move these package definitions from rpms_3rdparties.lst back into rpms_centos.lst.

This is a code cleanup exercise only. Nothing is broken as things currently stand.
