Bug Description

The AIO kickstarts should not set a default value for isolcpus. This is determined via deployment time if application-isolated or vswitch cpu's have been assigned.

    Drop isolcpu from AIO/worker kickstarts

The isolcpu boot option is configurable based on application-isolated
or vswitch CPU config settings. Therefore, it is not required to be
set as a default value in the kickstart, only to be changed during
    initial config.
