Docs: Search function on docs.starlingx.io doesn't work

There is a "SEARCH" button at the top of docs.starlingx.io. A typical user would assume that this button would allow you to search for content on this web site. That is not the case - it appears to only search the OpenStack web sites other than starlingx. For example, the "starlingx" search term returns nothing.

Assigning to the stx.docs PL for next steps. I've marked as high priority as this would be very useful to fix.

Status: This is being worked with help from the OpenStack team.
First review (https://review.opendev.org/#/c/733383) has made search functional, but the search scope isn't correct.
Before, if you searched for "starlingx" on docs.starlingx.io, there were no hits.
Now, there are 4 hits in OpenStack docs.

Status: OpenStack team has updated the doc build constraints file to use the latest theme.
Search is working now, please test it and let me know if you see any issues.

I just tested it out and it looks good to me!!!
