Fix installation error on Intel (R) C600 platform

Set the correct config option:
CONFIG_SCSI_ISCI=y

This driver supports the 6Gb/s SAS capabilities of the
storage control unit found in the Intel(R) C600 series chipset.

Update the TIS_PATCH_VER to avoid an older
built version of a package being picked up.

    Sanity test other than Intel (R) C600
    1. build-pkgs passed
    2. build-iso passed
    3. deploy passed
    4. the VM created successfully
    5. VM successfully connected to external network

Move tpmdd to built-in driver

    The tpm driver is the same as what is now in the kernel,
    aside from one patch. So we stop building it as an
    external module and instead use the one in the kernel.
    Move that one patch to it to apply to the kernel code.

    Test Methods:
    Refer to https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/StarlingX/Distro/tpm-verify
    to verify the encryption and decryption function is available,
    and the signature verification function is available.

Update the TIS_PATCH_VER to avoid an older

    tpm source code is changed to get from kernel tarball, in order to avoid
    build error.
    5 UPSTREAM patches are deleted due to upstream already contain them.
    disable-arm64-acpi-command.patch is deleted due to it is not needed.
    tpm-kmod.spec.patchlist is deleted since it is not used.
    kcompat.h in 0002-tpmdd-kcompat-support.patch is removed, and the macro
    definition "CONFIG_TCG_TPM_MODULE" is moved to KCFLAGS in spec file.
    elfutils-libelf-devel is added in BuildRequires to fix below error:
    "
    Makefile:977: "Cannot generate ORC metadata for CONFIG_UNWINDER_ORC=y,
    please install libelf-dev, libelf-devel or elfutils-libelf-devel". Stop.

Upgrade std kernel to 4.18.0-147.3.1 from CentOS 8.1

    1. Correct merge_config code in spec to fix tis_extra configuration
       not be applied issue.
    2. Rebase process death notification patch with new kernel.
    3. Rebase IMA patch with new kernel.
    4. -j"%(nproc)" for parallel build is removed since %{?_smp_mflags}
       already handle it.
    5. Customize kernel to build with gcc-4.8.5 and python2 environment
       in CentOS 7.
    6. Remove IMA related patches because it is not used in STX
    
    For tis_extra file, major change is listed below:
    a. "CONFIG_xxx=n" is changed to "# CONFIG_xxx is not set" which is the
       correct way to disable config. Otherwise, process_configs.sh will
       report mismatch issue with log like below:
       "
       Found # CONFIG_KPROBES is not set, after generation,
       had CONFIG_KPROBES n in Source tree
       "
    b. "CONFIG_MEMCG_KMEM=n" is removed due to it cannot be disabled
       independently. It is disabled to fix issue in 3.10 kernel.
    c. Several configs are removed due to they cannot be disabled in 4.18
       kernel. And several configs are added to pass config check by
       process_configs.sh
    d. CONFIG_KASAN is disabled due to gcc-4.8.5 doesn't support it.
    
    With debug build/selftest/ipaclone/bpf tool disabled, kernel build
    time is changed from 80min to 20min in my local environment.
    Update BUILD_IS_SLOW as: 12*20/15 = 16.
    BUILD_IS_BIG is updated to 21 to avoid run out of tmpfs.

Linux std kernel upgrade to align with CentOS 8

    The std kernel is upgraded from centos7.6 to centos8
    and is divided into two parts:

    Currently, We use the STX version of the kernel config
    unmodified from what we used for CentOS 7.6.
    
    3. The -j "% (nproc)" parameter was not added to
    lines 1496 and 1499 of the original spec file，
    because this parameter causes compilation errors.

Add kernel-rt to the centos_tarball-dl list
    
    This adds the kernel-rt rpm to go along with the changes
    in dl_tarball in the tools repo. The populate_downloads script
    will correctly link the src.rpm into the stx/downloads directory.
    
    The next step is to change the srpm_path in the 4.180-rt commit
    to use the downloaded srpm:
    
    repo:stx/downloads/kernel-rt-4.18.0-147.3.1.rt24.96.el8_1.src.rpm
    
    This will cause the src.rpm to be fetched from the downloads directory
    in order and then further patched by the build_srpm process to generate
    the STX variation of kernel-rt src.rpm.

    There is a compile issue due to 4.18 kernel in CentOS 8 contains
    upstream 5.x kernel's change. Fix it by force code to go with
    5.x kernel path.
    
    Add Fix-wrong-kernel-version.patch
    Fix command 'uname -r' error to get host kernel version

Change compute node to worker node personality
    
    The compute personality & subfunction has been changed to
    worker, and compute_reserved.conf has been rename to
    worker_reserved.conf. Compute configuration flags have
    been updated to worker flags.
    
    This update changes misc dependencies to compute
    personality, compute_reserved.conf and configuration
    flag files.
    
    It aslo removed puppet-nova dependencies to
    compute_reserved.conf.

    AIO-SX: Sanity and Nightly automated test suite
