The config has imported modules but is not used

In the config project,"/sysinv/sysinv/sysinv/sysinv/db/" directory has many files imported into the "log" but not used.So I agree we should delete them.

Low priority / not gating any starlingx release -- appears to be code cleanup.
Given that milestone-3 has passed for stx.2.0, any code changes to this should be deferred until RC1.
