Set system timezone to a one different from UTC, for example "system modify --timezone EST5EDT"
The alarm's timestamps are displayed in the UTC time and not the system's timezone.
Expected Behavior

The alarm's timestamps in Horizon should be displayed in the system's time.

The alarm's timestamps in Horizon should be displayed in UTC time.
