PCI affinity agent should not be installed in AIO,
It could not start, then pmon will try to start it again and again.

Patch is on the way.
The fix is below.
Add pci-irq-affinity-agent to
filter_out_from_smallsystem and
filter_out_from_smallsystem_lowlatency
