Storage Overview page on AIO-SX takes long to load and raises errors in horizon

On a freshly installed AIO-SX system, I navigated to the Storage Overview page in horizon. The page took a significant amount of time to load and there were a number of errors reported in horizon.log. The page did load eventually.

1. Navigate to the Storage Overview page in Horizon, on an AIO-SX system.

Expected Behavior
------------------
The page should load in a reasonable amount of time and no errors should be returned.

Actual Behavior
----------------
Page took a while to load and errors were seen.

Reproducibility
---------------
Reproducible. Long load time was only noticed once, but the error logs are seen each time.

This bug is duplicated with https://bugs.launchpad.net/starlingx/+bug/1826562.
The errors in the horizon.log is caused by cephclient, 3 apis are lost in the new python-cephclient.
