Install Standard system: 2 controllers + 2 computes
Enable https on the system

Ex:
system modify --https_enabled=True
system certificate-install server-with-key.pem
system service-parameter-add openstack helm endpoint_domain=cgcs-wildcat-3-6.cumulus.wrs.com
system certificate-install -m openstack server-with-key.pem

Expected Behavior
------------------
User should be presented with Openstack Horizon login page via: https://horizon.cgcs-wildcat-3-6.cumulus.wrs.com/auth/login/

Actual Behavior
----------------
URL: https://horizon.cgcs-wildcat-3-6.cumulus.wrs.com/auth/login/ does not
* Note: https://cgcs-wildcat-3-6.cumulus.wrs.com:8443 (Platform Horizon works)

Workaround for: 1826221
