stx/stein.1 was created at the release tag (19.0.0) of upstream stable/stein. These (and other) reviews were merged after that point. Gerry elected to rebase his work on the upstream backports so stx/stein.1 was rebased and force-pushed (we normally will not do that) to start at upstream commit 35398521.
