Bug Description
During the initial setup using config_controller, the question about Configuring a Distributed Cloud Controller requests a [y/N]: type of response, but a "N" is not a valid choice, later a similar request for a [y/N]: accepts a "N" as a valid response.
The input should be validated in a consistent fashion if a y/N response is requested.
Severity: Minor
Steps to reproduce: Run config_controller and answer "N" to the Configure a Distributed Cloud Controller
Expected Behavior: config_controller should continue
Actual Behavior: Invalid choice is reported
Reproducible: 100%

Minor issue; not gating for any release.
This is a good opportunity for someone looking to ramp up on starlingx defect handling workflow as the fix should be simple
