Also, in that LP, it was mentioned that the issue happened in a duplex system before the "system application-apply", it was assumed that the failures regarding rabbitmq were related with this kernel oops (could be symptom?).

however it seems that the only constant is to just let the system up for a couple hours (or days) to reproduce the behaviour.
