Need more documentation entry points from StarlingX site.

Brief Description

From the main StarlingX site (https://www.starlingx.io/), very few entry points exist to the StarlingX documentation (https://docs.starlingx.io). Currently, from the top-menu selections you can get there just through the "SOFTWARE" selection. Once on the SOFTWARE screen, there exists a "View the Documentation" button.

There should really exist a "DOCS" menu item that lives alongside the other top-menu items (e.g. SOFTWARE, LEARN, COMMUNITY, FAQS, and BLOG).

1. Open a brower
2. Go to https://www.starlingx.io
3. Look for an obvious way to find StarlingX documentation

1. Open a brower
2. Go to https://www.starlingx.io
3. See on the top-menu bar a "DOCS" selection.
4. Click on "DOCS" and you go to https://docs.starlingx.io.

The fix for this bug has actually been implemented and is live in the https://starlingx.io website. I believe this fix was accomplished in a StarlingX documentation meeting as an example of how to fix something in the website. In any case, you can go to the main StarlingX web site and see the "DOCUMENTATION" link in the top header alongside items such as "LEARN", "SOFTWARE", "COMMUNITY", "FAQS", and "BLOG".
