Cannot update gnocchi controller filesystem size using horizon

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
1. Navigate to System Configuration -> Controller Filesystem tab
2. Select 'Edit' filesystem button
3. Other controller filesystem types are listed but gnocchi is not listed

Workaround: Use the CLI instead.

Expected Behavior
------------------
User should be able to update gnocchi filesystem size via horizon

Actual Behavior
----------------
Horizon cannot be used to update this parameter. CLI can be used as a workaround.

    This update allows user to update gnocchi filesystem size via horizon.
