Steps to Reproduce
------------------
1. Log into Horizon
2. Navigate to Host Inventory
3. Devices
4. The Devices are listed. Select Edit Action
5. Attempt to update the config of the device from the Edit Device dialog.

Expected Behavior
------------------
Not expecting errors on Save action in Edit Device dialog

Actual Behavior
----------------
In step 5 the updates in the Edit Device dialog do not work and result in error
Error: Failed to update device "pci_0000_00_11_0" (global name 'stx_api' is not defined).
