The collect tool is reporting an error when extracting the contents of a controller host tarball.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------

[snip]

tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors

Expected Behavior
------------------
No errors in extraction phase.

Actual Behavior
----------------
Error in extraction phase.

tar: controller-0_20180905.154053/etc/systemd/system/lvm2-lvmetad.socket: Cannot mknod: Operation not permitted
tar: controller-0_20180905.154053/etc/systemd/system/lvm2-lvmetad.service: Cannot mknod: Operation not permitted
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors

Every time if these files exits in tarball
