Bug Description
"explain verbose" command does not show correct nodeUsageTable:
For replicated table, actually the nodeUsageTable should show different node id, since the datebase Balancer uses round-robin to get node to use for different queries.
The "explain verbose" command always shows nodeId = 1 in nodeUsageTable, which is incorrect.
Patch is attached.
