Bug Description

stackube-proxy only handles clusterIP for services with type ClusterIP, but we should also
handle it for other typed services. Without it, the clusterIPs is not reachable for those services.

    Handle service's clusterIP for all services.

    stackube-proxy has already handled clusterIP for ClusterIP typed
    service, this PR adds handling for other typed services. This could
    make clusterIP working for all services.
