Bug Description

I have no idea about the technical requirements for this. Would it be possible to add OSQA notification support?

Obviously OSQA sites are independent, so adding an OSQA account would be a different action, requiring the site URL.

For the sake of some of us who might be "ignorant" to what OSQA means, could you perhaps tell us what it is in plain text rather than in acronyms?

OSQA is an open source alternative to the Stack Exchange engine that anyone can set up on a server and run. Unfortunately, OSQA does not have an API that offers identical methods and therefore would be impossible to support.
