Bug Description

I installed this indicator and I checked "Register StackApplet in the Messaging Menu" a few days ago.
Yesterday I have unchecked "Register StackApplet in the Messaging Menu" and I restart the computer. But it still shows in the Messaging Menu.

Unfortunately that isn't the purpose of that checkbox. The checkbox determines whether StackApplet will appear in the Messaging Menu even if it is not running - it has no effect on StackApplet while it is running. I will try to change the wording of the label next to the checkbox to clarify that in a future release.
