Project type "all" does not include all project types

When the "Project type" filter is set to "All", one would expect Stackalytics to list all modules.

But it appears that some projects are listed when Project type = OpenStack, and disappear when Project type = All

For example, you have Murano when Project type = OpenStack:

http://stackalytics.com/?project_type=openstack&release=mitaka&metric=commits&module=murano-group

But when you select Project type = All, you have only a subset of openstack projects:

http://stackalytics.com/?project_type=all&release=mitaka&metric=commits&module=murano-group

Projects with other "project type", like Kubernetes or Docker, do not appear either when "All" is selected.

Triaged. It looks reasonable to show not only OpenStack, but all processed modules under 'All' project type.

    project_type: value 'all' may not be defined

    project_type 'all' is defined in default data but isn't a mandatory
    value.
