Bug Description

Not sure if it's a bug. Generally, community is also referencing the review statistics from http://russellbryant.net/openstack-stats. But the statistics result is different from http://russellbryant.net and http://stackalytics.com. Not sure if stackalytics is using a different algorithm to calculate the reviews, so just open this bug to get more comments.

I've noticed this recently in Neutron - the most prolific reviewer in Neutron, in stackalytics has 1274 reviews, but in Russel's stats he has 1899 reviews. A very large discrepancy.
