Bug Description
Unauthenticated requests to the GitHub API are rate limited to 50 per hour. It would be good to be able to specify a GitHub token, so the rate limit is:
1. tied to the authenticated user, and not a possibly shared IP address
2. the limit is significantly increased (from 50 to 5000)
