Possible incompatibility with other ethercat devices

Bug Description

In the construct(...) method in the SR06 class the following line should be added before the method exits:

start_address += status_size_;

This would set the correct start address for the construction of the next device in the ethercat chain. This is is only important in case there is another device further in the chain.
