Bug Description
ieri ho notato un comportamento strano: blocco sul sito X a 60 richieste
ogni 60 minuti; all'utente B, visitando il sito Y, è arrivato un messaggio
del tipo: dominio bloccato perché l'utente A ha appena superato il limite
per il dominio X. :-???
