New copy&paste functionality breaks copy&paste for rhs fields

Bug Description
First of all: really like the new copy&paste functionality!
Unfortunately it currently breaks the possibility of copy and pasting in fields on the rhs: data field with real values or python, and the comment box. In particular copy&pasting between of bits of python under different options is rather important. Is it possible to revert to the old behaviour for ctrl-C and ctrl-V when the focus is on these fields?

Fix is in the related branch, the LHS was swallowing all ctrl+c/v signals, there sent to the focused control now.
