Bug Description

The spreadubuntu.neomenlo.org/ url gets cached to random languages depeneding on what language it was cached in.

I have disabled cacheing for the / page. The problem is that we depend on the /en/ langcodes to seperate the static cache files.

I think this is good now. Keep an eye on it.

Does anyone have a browser that has a langauge other than english? Can you confirm it is defaulting to your language?

It might end up creating too much load on the server. We have to keep
watching the logs and check the load.

I can confirm this is working in Firefox 3.0 on Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty
Jackalope.

Tested both Spanish and Norwegian and both worked.

The only thing that didn't work was the dropdown list update. It still shows
English whether even if I was on ES or NB. Is it supposed to be like that?

Set my Firefox and Chrome to prefer French (fr-ca and then fr) and nothing happens. Firefox reports language as zh-CN in its user agent string, and Chrome reports it as en-US(??), so maybe that's making the decision. Nevertheless the front page is showing in en, not zh-hans (which would be expected).
