Bug Description
On the main page in French (http://
inside Campaigns: no "Translate" tab.
inside News: there is a "Translate" tb, but the page says that the language need to be activated and redirects to this page:
http://
with a "403 error - refused access" despite I am logged in.

Thank you for your report.
Campaigns are not translatable using the translate tab. Instead, they
should use the "translate text" black button.
This is a problem with the design. I think that polls should be
global, not language specific. Since nodes have completele seperate
data when they are translated (like materials), the poll would be
seperated.
News however should work. I will look into that.
