Create a translatable, plain language slogan

We need to add a slogan.
In other languages, spreadubuntu is considered a name, and is therefore not translated. Much like "ubuntu" is not, the whole spreadubuntu word is the name. Not just an action + a noun, which could be translated.

Slogans/ descriptions are a good idea, even for the English site.

The slogan will likely push the title, but not the logo, up a few pixels, and go underneath it.

I want to ask the entire team about this, so i'm going to make a question about this too.
