No search field to search materials by license type

Even though we have not decided on Licensing issue, it will be helpful for the user & provider to search materials by license type from the beginning.

This should have been very easy to implement, but the license module is going to need to be modified.

If there is a patch in drupal somewhere where someone already implemented a views filter, I will add this. If not, I cannot. I just don't have the skills for for it.

I apologize. The feature was already there. I didn't see it to enable it. It is implemented now.
