Bug Description
Group blocks are either incomplete or missing.
1. Groups the user is a member of (probably limit to 10 or so and give a More link to the Groups page in the user's profile).
2. Groups the user owns (probably limit to 10 or so and give a More link to the Groups page in the user's profile).
[Technical: Groups needs to make use of a .tpl.php file, not construct bits and pieces in the .module code (as the current rudimentary block code does).]
