Bug Description
Some sort of (locking?) mechanism to prevent multiple users performing housekeeping operations (group deletion, moving, etc.) at the same time and things getting messed up.
mfitzp suggested having a last modified timestamp and checking against that on submit. If the timestamp stored with the form is before the last modified timestamp, show a message to the user with relevant details and allow them to resubmit.
