Bug Description
The motu-sru team approves stable release updates for Universe packages. However, as a part of the SRU process all -updates candidates must first be tested in -proposed. This creates a burden on the Ubuntu archive admins and a backlog of unapproved uploads.
The motu-sru team should be able to approve the upload to -proposed as they are approving the update itself. See https:/

Hi Jordan,
It's feasible as I told kiko on IRC, but there are some points that need clarification here.
1. I got the proposal and I think it's worth to have, however before starting coding, the entire workflow needs to be approved by the the distro-team gurus and also specified according the LP patterns.
Those feel lines are not enough to start working and on the other hand the entire ubuntu-devel thread is too fuzzy, we need to organize the information, before anything else.
2. Archive-Admin members team are still using the command-line tool to inspect queue, not the web ui.
If we intend to use it allow queue *acceptance* in a specific pocket/component by 'motu-sru' team , we need to fix the current implementation first :
* fix the UI to send announcement email as the command-line tool does.
* It should be possible to download the files contained in the upload.
Then add the extra functionality:
* Consider pocket/component for browsing queue items.
* Improve the security adapters to allow only the new described operations.
