please remove unsupported releases from the archive

Hi,

Please remove warty, hoary and breezy from launchpad. We already have a (static) copy of these unsupported releases on old-releases.ubuntu.com and keeping them on drescher is making it run out of space.

Since we never do careful publishing, we can do this all on the drescher filesystem.

Removing the suites from the dists tree is a matter of rm, but removing the files from the pool which are only referenced by warty will need some code to do it.

Finally it's fixed! RF 5327.

There's a new script, obsolete-distroseries that will make obsolete all the publications for a distroseries. Deathrow will finish the job.
