Bug Description

I was trying to find mediainfo project in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas. I used the search box typing "media info", "media" and "info" but none of them worked. I could only get a match by typing "mediainfo".

Hi - this is working as intended, it matches full words only. If the PPA description had contained "media info" as two words your search would work, but unfortunately the search doesn't match substrings.

If you think this is too confusing, please re-open this bug and we'll change the text on the search box to clarify this.

What I think is that anyone would expect it to match substrings (as bugs.launchpad.net works, by the way).
