Bug Description
PPA can't use a orig.tar.gz of a distribution repos. The user needs to upload the whole source package even there is only a change in the debian patch.
Example:
Rejected:
Unable to find wxwidgets2.
Files specified in DSC are broken or missing, skipping package unpack verification.
There is no change in my upload (debuild -S -sd) so there is no need to upload 33 MB if ubuntu already has it. :-)
