Bug Description
Using Sound Converter 1.4.4 on Ubuntu 11.04. When converting from FLAC to mp3 the Encoder value is not written to Audio header. For example, using lame 3.97, after conversion there is no encoder value of Lame3.97 in audio header. Attempted to convert with vbr and cbr, but do not see encoder tag value.
