Bug Description

Fedora bugzilla #714454, if a previously selected GNOME Audio Profile changes its translation, it no longer matches the config value stored by SoundConverter and leads to a crash.

The work-around I've applied in the Fedora package is to detect such a situation and force the user to update the SoundConverter Preferences.
