Bug Description
I am running Kubuntu 17.10 and I installed SoundConverter because I have a large number of music files in flac format to convert to mp3 because of space limitations. The application works fine, but it seems to block all activity on the task bar while it is running. I cannot start any new apps, or restore minimised windows and even my clock stays at the same time. I can live with this, but thought I should report it anyway. The version of soundconverter I am using is 3.0.0-beta1.
